1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zbz9 ("zbz9", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the zbz9 website, using any zbz9 service, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including zbz9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

zbz9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the zbz9 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any modification, your sole remedy is to close your zbz9 account and cease using the platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and zbz9 relating to the subject matter herein.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

The zbz9 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. zbz9 is an 18+ platform without exception. Persons under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the zbz9 platform in any way.
• You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. zbz9 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by zbz9 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of zbz9 or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close family member of any such person.

zbz9 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. Any player who is discovered to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source to the extent technically possible. zbz9 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

3 Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of zbz9 services, you must register for a zbz9 account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) zbz9 account. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zbz9 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. zbz9 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your zbz9 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. zbz9 will treat all actions taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zbz9 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

• Your zbz9 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• zbz9 reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") documents at any time, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zbz9 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing schedule, which will be communicated to the account holder by email prior to any deduction.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

zbz9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary by player location and account verification status. zbz9 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the zbz9 cashier page at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. All monetary amounts on the zbz9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are credited to your zbz9 account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. zbz9 is not responsible for any delay caused by a third-party payment processor. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your payment provider's side, you should contact zbz9 customer support with your transaction reference number.

• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. zbz9 will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that differs from the method used to make the original deposit, except where explicitly approved by zbz9's compliance team.
• Withdrawals are processed within four (4) hours of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• zbz9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility. zbz9 does not charge a transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though this may change and will be communicated in advance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

zbz9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a Bonus-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the Bonus-specific term shall prevail with respect to that Bonus only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable Bonus terms, the following general Bonus conditions apply to all zbz9 promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the Bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the Bonus terms and typically ranges from 20x to 40x the Bonus amount.
• zbz9 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, use of matched-betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or placing low-risk bets that do not reflect genuine gaming intent.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the applicable Bonus terms. Any unused Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• zbz9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or wager on the zbz9 platform, you acknowledge that the outcome of all games and sporting events is uncertain and that you may lose the entirety of any amount wagered. zbz9 does not guarantee any winnings. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on zbz9:

• All bets are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport being wagered upon, as displayed on the relevant game page or sports betting market. In the event of a technical error, zbz9 reserves the right to void any bet placed during the malfunction period.
• zbz9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games. The integrity of zbz9's gaming outcomes is verified by independent third-party testing laboratories.
• For live sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message from the platform. zbz9 is not responsible for bets that were not successfully confirmed due to connectivity issues on your device or network.
• zbz9 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason, where this is necessary to manage risk.
• Any bet placed in error by the player — including incorrect stake amounts — cannot be reversed once the bet has been confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, zbz9's decision shall be final and binding, subject only to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zbz9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or attempting to deceive zbz9 staff or systems in any way.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one zbz9 account for any purpose, including to circumvent self-exclusion, claim multiple Bonuses, or avoid account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or live casino formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Using any strategy, software, or coordinated behaviour specifically designed to exploit Bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming.
• Money Laundering: Using zbz9 in any way to facilitate the laundering of proceeds of crime. zbz9 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering investigations.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the zbz9 platform in a non-human manner without zbz9's explicit written consent.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the source code, data, or algorithms of the zbz9 platform.
• Underage Use: Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your zbz9 account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

zbz9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within the time stipulated by zbz9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a law enforcement authority requiring account suspension or closure.

Players may also voluntarily close their zbz9 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification.
